Darlene Sommer
Darlene is TPI Fitness and K-Motion 3D Certified offering golf conditioning programs using the K-Vest which uses kinetic and 3-D motion biomechanics to help train core golf muscles, balance, strength and flexibility. A perfect off-season training program.

Over the years, Darlene has significantly enhanced my game and swing through various methods. By integrating her K-Vest training modules with swing training, she helped me understand the critical importance of developing my golf swing from the ground up.
Her meticulous attention to details and genuine concern for the progress of my game have consistently made me feel valued as a student.

Working with Darlene on my golf swing, both with the K-Vest and at the driving range, has improved my game and confidence. She can see by your stand or swing where adjustments need to be made, and tailors change accordingly. Always professional and patient, she has such a passion for teaching golf. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any level.
